Jenn brings 27 years of hands-on experience leading school operations, launching new schools, and scaling multi-state education programs across NLKK Inc., KC Distance Learning, and K12/Stride Inc. She has overseen a combined annual enrollment of more than 15,000 students across diverse K-12 environments, including The Keystone School, K12 Private Academy, and the George Washington University Online High School. Jenn has led the launch of 10 individualized ESA/voucher-aligned schools, among them Grand Canyon Private Academy, Marian University Preparatory Academy, GEO Focus Academy, Coast to Mountains Preparatory Academy (NC and SC), and five distinct schools under the Faith Prep Academy umbrella, navigating complex regulatory, accreditation, and governance requirements.
Her background includes managing more than 120 B2B partnerships yearly and directing cross-functional operational functions spanning finance, legal, marketing, enrollment, systems, compliance, and program delivery. Jenn’s experience combines deep operational leadership with a proven track record of building scalable school models, optimizing processes, and driving growth in emerging choice-based and parent-pay markets.
